    SSI problem

    Hi ,,,

    i have a problem when using ssi .
    When i put a ssi call at static page, it works great but i have a problem when put a ssi call in a cgi script. The template was use when i exec a cgi script.

    What i mean is, the cgi will search the template file and replace the corresponding value, but not with the ssi call.

    it's just print <!-- include virtual="/ssi/header.html" --> when i view the source...

    can i solve this problem by using an .htaccess files or somebody could tell me...

    Thankz..

    What code are you using for the CGI file you are trying to execute? In my case, I used this to execute a Perl poll:
    Code:
    <!--#exec cgi="/cgi-bin/avb/avb.cgi"-->
