Hi,
I'm looking into using Newspro from here http://cgi.resourceindex.com/detail/02927.html
Has anyone used it and if so can they post their site so I can see it in action.
Cheers!
Peter

I've used it before. It worked relly nice... [Then I got tired of it because its not easy to customize (well, to fit MY needs at least) so I rewrote the whole thing in CF]. I dont have a url, but i can tell you that newspro is very good.
good luck
ps. i've installed it several times, and it can be a real pain!

We've used it for some time at the Web Site Resource, and it works rather nicely. There are several useful mods you can apply to the script, a few of which we have tried out although nothing major. If you'd like to take a look at how we used it, the URL to our news page is http://www.wsresource.com/on-this-site/site-new.htm . Our site is under renovation right now so keep in mind some of the information may be a bit outdated by a few days, but at least it shows you the script in action.

I use it on my site and love it - it works great! Easy to install, easy to use (except for the default colors), and is all-around cool!

Newspro has always been a 1st choice for me. I've installed it at least once onto everyone of my sites.
For awhile there i was using it to run my ramblings at my personal site as well.
I give it a big thumbs up and i never had any real problems installing it. (i'm convinced it's all about the IHP you have)
Also as a side note the previous verison of this site (webmaster-resources.com) use newspro to keep the visitors up to date.

NewsPro is great. I use it on my site (at http://www.activewm.com/ ). The admin could be colored better, but I still love the script. Better than all the others and it saves lots of time. Extremely easy to install to.
