February Foto Challenge : Emotion

No, I did not forget how to spell. But I was in a playful mood when I wrote this.
So, I encourage you to also HAVE FUN with this one.

Let's see an image that demonstrates an example of a specific emotion (or many). How about an image that evokes a strong emotion.
One that makes us instantly laugh, or immediately want to cry.

Demonstrate your ability as a photographer to toy with the emotions of the viewer.

Here's one to get us started.

Each time I drive past this small motel in New Jersey, I laugh out loud at the thought, "What is an Air-conditioned TV?" and "Why would I want that?"

On one of my walks I passed by this place where people had stuffed stuffed critters into the branches of trees. It was sort of strange and it repulsed me also. I felt like running away from it.

On my walk today I had to laugh out loud. The juxtaposition of these two signs is priceless. Two neighbors. It makes it especially funny when you see the dog first.

Okay, you did say fun, so here's a couple that tickled me:

There was a strong mood (emotion) I felt when I saw this.

The composition reminds me of the famous Da Vinci painting (God and man almost touching fingers).
[forgive me - I am not well versed in Classical Art. I have studied immensely in the life and art of Claude Monet and his contemporaries.]

Last November I visited Taj Mahal for the first time in my life. You hear about Taj Mahal a lot. In fact it is a monument that people around the world identify India with.

I had to wait 22 years to visit Taj and it was worth it. I don't know how to describe that feeling. When you are standing outside the gate in a queue you cannot really see that behind that gate is one of the most beautiful thing that man has ever created and as you pass the gate and see it....it's truly amazing.

This photo was taken by me as soon as I passed the gate.

This was during my all India tour. I also visited many other monuments and places in India. You can take a look at some of my pictures here... Beautiful India

The mood seems to be getting more sombre, so I'll add this (how many can I post in one thread?):

Pride. Liverpool has achieved so much over the years, last year, in particular. Being crowned the European Capital of Culture set of a magnificent wheel of events and construction which ultimately permanently changed its skyline.
