Buy a domain name, get proxy hosting, and then find a proxy template, and your set. It shouldnt cost more than $15 at most to set up a new proxy.

Also make sure you check with your host to ensure sites like these are allowed, these types of sites can unfortunately become very resource intensive on a server so some providers to not allow them.

If you are running your own server you can probably disregard.
