Last line is cut off when print a web page in IE

I have a web report and it looks fine, but when I try to print it out, the last line of some pages is cut off in IE. FF is smart enough to put it in the next page.

My web report is a long table. I use a stylesheet to freeze the table head and scroll the table body, and use a separate stylesheet for printing. The printing will print out everything with the table head repeat on each page. Attached is my stylesheet.

I googled online without luck. Can any CSS expert help me out?
