PHP Programer Needed

Ok, I need someone that is experienced with PHP, but does not have to be a professional. This will be to help and emerging business get started and possible continue with that business. Having lots of free time, and a good knowledge of HTML is a big plus. I am not sure about the pay at this time, however it is negotiable.
