    CSS Scrollbar Problem

    I know this is a simple question, however I don't think the answer is so simple. I have been wrestling with this for over 2 days now. My problem:

    I have all of my colors set the way I want them except that when scrolling up or down...while NOT using the arrow buttons, but clicking inside the 'track'...the track turns to an awful purpleish pink color while scrolling....I have checked other websites with colored scrollbars and I don't seem to be missing anything. Can someone PLEASE help. Here is my code and webpage in question:

    BODY {background-color: #eeeeee;
    margin-top: 0;
    margin-left: 0;
    margin-right: 0;
    margin-bottom: 0;
    font-family: Verdana, MS Sans Serif;
    font-size: 9pt;
    scrollbar-face-color: #009900;
    scrollbar-shadow-color: #009900;
    scrollbar-highlight-color: #009900;
    scrollbar-3dlight-color: #000000;
    scrollbar-darkshadow-color: #000000;
    scrollbar-track-color: #006600;
    scrollbar-arrow-color: #006600;

    Yeah, there's nothing you can do about that unfortunately. If you do the samething on this site, the track goes black. It's just the awful purple colour is somewhere near the opposite of the green on your scroll bar.

    If you colour your track yellow, it'll go blue when you click on it.

    So, no, you're not missing anything.
