ok so i decided to make my own buttons

problems are

1. how do i postition the navbar above the "About this website" contnt section?

2. why is there a white border around each button?

now i need to get rid of the outline? and the padding above the content so it rests on the contents white outline?

also they are individual images, is it easy to have a rollover effect? whereby the colour changes on rollover?
