Does anybody know for tutorial how to develop user profile or any similar tutorial?

A user profile? Well that's just a simple matter of storing and calling information from a database. I don't know of any tutorials for doing exactly what you want, but to get you on your way towards creating your own application (as this is a simple project as applications go) I'd start learning what you need at http://www.php-mysql-tutorial.com/wikis/. This is were I got my start.
