NO MySQL Server Instance Configuration Wizard

I just bought the book "Build your Own Database Driven Website Using PHP & MySQL" but i'm having issues setting up MySQL. I looked on this site as someone had directed in an earlier post, but no luck still.

The spot that I keep getting stuck on in the installation process is at the top of page 2 on that web link that I listed above.

On the first page of the article in link above I click on the "configure MySQL now and hit finish, but it never brings up "MySQL Server Instance Configuration Wizard". I've uninstalled MySQL and reinstalled it twice now, but i just can't get to the "MySQL Server Instance Configuration Wizard".

What should I do?

This will only come after successfully installation of MySQL. If you dint get you can have it Start->All Programs->MySQL->MySQL Server 5.0->MySQL Server Instance Config Wizard.
