Photography is the big one...working on doing it professionally as my next career move.

I crochet to relax...mostly afghans and throws, haven't been able to get my sizing right for things like sweaters.

On rare occasions when I have the time for real cooking, I love to. Baking is the most fun, and I'm trying to learn some Asian cooking for my Philippines-raised Chinese husband.

Like cranial-bore, squash, because it's fast, sweaty and gets everything moving. Also football (soccer, indoor & outdoor), tennis, hiking, Alpine mountaineering and surfing - many of those are "only when I get the chance". My next career move will involve moving to a location where I can practice all of these from one place.

watching sports, walking the dog, video games and especially playing guitar are things i turn to when I want to forget work for awhile

playing guitar really helps me unwind and gets my mind lost in something else entirely other than endless lines of code

mostly I play acoustic - lots of grateful dead, bob dylan, wilco, u2, springsteen, rolling stones

and when I really want to let out some stress I'll 'go electric' and just crank out something loud... ac/dc, the who, led zep - that sort of stuff

Collecting 80's cartoons, collecting tamiya car model kits. Trying to get hold of the classic toys like the G1 Transformers, M.A.S.K (Sadly it costs a bomb).

As my twitter profile states, I'm 33% web geek, 33% sports nut, 33 petrol head.

I play football (Aussie Rules Style), basketball, tennis, squash, any sport really.

When not doing that I'm tinkering around with my cars, (corvette and an old landcruiser), with the rest of my life left to Work (and of course the Forum).

Oh ,there is some time for the fiancee too

Off-line you say? Well, most of my off-line time would be spent trying to determine why I'm not on-line.

Juggling has become one of my favs. I do 3 clubs, 4 balls -- working on getting a basic 5 ball pattern down this year. Short vid of me juggling.

I'm just starting rock climbing and mountaineering. Mushroom picking is fun and interesting. I play guitar and collect musical instruments -- I jam with my kids.

Also dig messing around with electronics, and am handy with a soldering iron. If I had a garage I would do more automotive work... Love cooking, and eating.

    I collect hobbies.
