Unhappy Changed blog and wordpress location now everything toast - how fix?

I was trying to rearrange my setup and didn't know what to expect
I changed my wordpress location and blog homepage location in General > Settings and now everything is screwed up. I can't get back into the settings to revert them.

    How do I fix this?

    Thanks!

I don't know if this would work, but you could move all your wordpress files to the location that you had set in the settings.

You need to change the values of "siteurl" and "home" in the "options" table in your database. Use phpmyadmin if you have it.
