    Logging out of sessions

    Hi,

Just about coming to terms with setting up users sessions using PHP and I am pleased with how well I have picked it all up so far, with a little help from you guys of course!

I have created a sign-up page, etc. and then protected the pages that need protecting and all is well!

What I now want to do is the logging out procedure. I have my website set up in two frames, say a top and a bottom frame. I have my buttons in the top frame and the content in the bottom frame. So if I have a button for logging out of the session in the top toolbar, I'm guessing that all I need to do is hyperlink a page to it that contains a session_destroy() command and then with a copy of the home page underneath?

Am I correct in thinking this?

Does anyone have an example of a piece of code where this is used?

    Cheers

    Bobski

    Agreed.

While the "Beginners" section is a valid place to post this, I feel you'll get a better response here - hope you don't mind
