favicon.ico not showing

I am trying to put a favicon on one of my sites, and it is just not having it.

I have tried both these:

<link rel=”icon” href=”http://www.bumstumsandthighs.com/favicon.ico” type=”image/x-icon” />
<link rel=”shortcut icon” href=”http://www.bumstumsandthighs.com/favicon.ico” type=”image/x-icon” />

but the default favicon is still showing (i.e. Blogger)

Any ideas what is wrong? Or is it a cache thing? I have refreshed with no joy,

Cache. Shows for me.

Cheers. I thought that deleting the FF cache (tools>clear private date) would do it. Maybe after a reboot it will be there for me.

Usually reconnecting your internet clears your DNS cache.

Though sometimes favicon's won't work in IE unless you bookmark the site, but as mentioned clearing cache helps.
