getting the msn adding contacts to your site ?

on sites such as bebo, facebook, myspace, and stumbleupon , there is an option where you can add the contacts that you have on msn to that site and they will be asked to register and sent a friend request from you via email .

I would like to know how i would go about getting this on to my website .
