Haha sorry to bring up this old thread but when is January 2009 month winners announced? (What categories are up for grabs?).

MOTM (member of the month) is chosen at the end of each month

there is only this one category, and it isn't really "up for grabs" -- winners are selected

the selection is made by the existing team of members, advisors, team leaders, and staff
