redraw problem in opera
sorry i'm not allowed to upload snapshots. okay let me be brief, last time i ve visited {www[dot]answers[dot]com[forwardslash]prefetch} and the green color bar (in that site) named ask : answer does not show up for the first time.then i slowly scrolled up and down the page to make it appear
.But when i switched the windows or if i opened the menus (such a way that it covers the picture partly) it disappeared again.
this problem occurs with other similar pages also

This is a very vague question, can you provide example code and better yet an example page so we can give more specific advice? A "weird manner" could mean literally anything.
