browser bugs (ie, ff, chrome, opera, saf)?
tutorials?

The question should be what do you want to do and is there enough market demand for it?
Draft a list of things you want to do (I'm writing a starter guide on search engine optimization, revamping my personal site, and working on a Web development e-zine, plus a personal pet project involving stupid criminals) and then draw up a list of words that are related to them.
Let's use the "Stupid Criminals" example as a demonstration. You've got various words you can use - stupid criminals, dumb criminals, dumb crooks, idiotic criminals, and so forth. Once you have that list, go to the search engine you prefer and look them up. (Note, a lot of search results does not necessarily mean there's a demand for them.)Save the Internet - Use Opera | May my mother rest in peace: 1943-2009

There's only so much you can cover with just CSS, but perhaps you could include CSS 3 tips and tricks?

jay: kev, what do i hate?
kevin: stupid criminals
jay: no, the other thing
kevin: oh yeah, clothes for pets
bboardx, you might want to create a site that shows how to write css without using any css hacks
let me know if you need further info on what constitutes a "css hack"

well, not exactly -- if you try to "cover everything about css" you will be the same as all the hunnerts of other basic css sites out there
assume your reader will already understand what css is all about, and approach your tutorials from the standpoint of "correct thinking" -- that trying to get all browsers to lay out a page identically is flawed from the get go, and writing hacks to target this browser version or that browser version is fundamentally flawed
concentrate on the techniques that work identically in all browsers -- it can be done but it will be difficult, which is why there is a need for this type of information
