plz advise! site wide user login/management
I have a site running on Elgg.
And I want to enable Elgg users login with their Elgg account to WordPress install on my server. I've found a wordpress plugin that connects to external user database. This solves the problem.
HOWEVER...here's my concern.
The above mentioned plugin requires users to login again in order to use wordpress, even they are already logged on to Elgg.
What should I do if I want my logged in Elgg users to use wordpress, without logging in to wordpress again? Cookie may solve this problem, but I ain't that expert.
What if there's LDAP between? Would it solve this?

Ldap may be the answer you are looking for. However if the blog is not accessible unless you are already logged into Elgg, maybe you can look at the permissions in wordpress to make it where they do not need to login to it.--------------------
