ROR command prompt problem
Hello,
Could someone tell me how to type on the command prompt once I have
started the server (webbrick).
It wont allow me to type anything on the prompt at all unless I stop the
server first.
Please advise
Thank you

What OS do you have and how is it installed (i.e. did you use InstantRails)?
I have Windows98 and used the ruby186-26.exe file to install it. I open the CLI from the RubyGems package manager start.Big Change Coming Soon - if you want your PMs save them now!

If it's running in the foreground, I don't think you can.
Have you tried opening a new command prompt? It's what I do. Well I'm using Terminal on Mac but I think you can run as many cmd's as you want on Windows.

If you are on Windows, then yes that is what you have to do.
You also might want to consider this alternative console program...
