I'm going mad with ROR

Please someone help me I'm going mad!

I just cant get the server to start on InstantRails application, Ihave started RedBrick and it tells me that is has stated successfully.

I have stopped ISS running and apache is off aswell.

when I go to http://localhost/3000 if keep getting the message

Not Found
The requested URL /3000 was not found on this server.

Apache/1.3.33 Server at localhost Port 80

What is going on here, this was working fine yesterday

My firewall is also switched off aswell.

I've been at this for 5 hours now, what a waste of time!!!

Try http://localhost:3000/
The 3000 is the port number, your url was trying to connect to port 80 (probably apache) and request the document '3000'

All I can say is I apologies for being such an idiot.

It was a long day and I'm slowly trying to back into this stuff.
