How much is enough for 1 high quality flash game site design?

Hello, I need your opinions about my question. I saw that so many different companies wants 2.500$ or 3.000$, what do you think about these prices?

Please tell us a little more about what they are offering and we can give you better feedback. I have seen game sites sell for 5 dollars and 5 thousand dollars but there was a big difference in what these sites offered.
