A little help about wordpress

I am working on my new blog which I just got coded from the coder.

Currently the title of the pages of blog is showing like this;

Homepage -- Blog Title
Inner Page -- Blog Title > Post title

I want it to say like this

Homepage -- Blog Title
Inner Page -- Post Title > Blog Title

Can anyone please guide me how can I do this?

I tried finding it on my wordpress admin panel but couldn't find the way.

Its located in /wp-content/themes/*your theme*/header.php as long as they kept to the usual setup of the files. You'll have to re-arrange the <header> information. Or... You can install the wp-plugin All in one SEO to edit it through your control panel (I recommend this)
