Is it possible to learn ROR without OOP experience

Basically

I have a good understanding of PHP/Mysql/HTML/CSS and C++ but not objecdt orientated C++.

Is it possible to learn ROR without much OO experience or will it be very difficult to do so.

I have ordered sitepoint book on ROR so will this help me alot.

You can learn it without previous OOP experience but I suggest you get up to speed on OOP quickly if you want to do anything of substance with Rails.

Well, if you already know PHP, just learn OOP there. Try making some simple classes and play with them.

It's not difficult, you will get it fast.

Then, you can dive into Ruby with full speed.
