dl() and XCache

Anyone ever used the dl() function to load an extension with XCache or anything of the sort going ?

Did anything strange happen ?

I don't know, that's why I'm asking.

With the nature of XCache, and the way dl() works, I'm wondering if the two together could cause an unexpected crash or something.
I'm also wondering if XCache would cache the extension provided by the dl()'d so/dll.
