What is Sitepoint built in?

The sitepoint website looks great. I'm curious as to what was used to program it. I like the way the newsletter signup is setup. I'm wondering if this is part of another application, or everything (except the forum) was custom programmed.

A big chunk of the site is custom made. Sitepoint marketplace is a good example.

SP is not really a good looking site, but it works like charm
