Making a repeating pattern out of this...

I have the following images...

I need to make that big image into one small image that I can have repeat horizontally to achieve the same effect. I'm not sure how to crop it in photoshop correctly so that it repeats without any defects.

If someone could crop it for me, or point me to a tutorial on how to do so, I would appreciate it.
