tabbing between textfields

I have a problem with some HTML for my PHP news script. In the form where users add comments, I have some clickable smilies. However, when you tab from one field prior to the main comment textarea, it starts tabbing through all the smilies first. Is there a way to set the focus to go from the text field for the email directly to the comment textarea?

Add something like tabindex="32767" to all those smiley links.

yup use the tabindex attribute like mattjacob said... only you could also add a tabindex to the fields you want too...
