Site "Jumps" from right to center while loading

I have a problem with my page!

As it loads it is jumping from the right to center.

I "borrowed" the template from this page:

And it seems to have the same problem I'm having

Could someone enlighten me on how to fix it!

This is due to using tables for layout - the browser does not know what widths the cells should be until the content is loaded. Proper, semantic use of html elements would prevent this .........
