Firms Specializing in Newsletter Design?

Hello,

I was just curious if anyone could recommend anyone who specializes in the html design for newsletters.

While I could certainly design a newsletter myself in standard html, it becomes dramatically more tricky to deal with all the variations of email requirements and such.
