    XML parser?

    How can that be easily done? which XML parser?

    For example:

    $data = "<html> <head> <title> Blah Blah </title> </head> <sn:heading underline="true">This is the heading</sn:heading> </html>";
    So the output would be:

    <html> <head> <title> Blah Blah </title> </head> <h1> This is the heading</h1> </html>";

    If I use SimpleXML

    How to make sure tag "underline=" are included?
    and also if there is no text in between markup <sn:heading underline="true">/sn:heading>, it should fail.
