    Refresh page

I have an application where some data is generated on the page and printed on the screen using "echo" from within php code. Unfortunately, the data from the previous print remains on the screen, the new data is not being displayed.

I am looking for a simple way to refresh the screen after the php has sent data to the screen. I want the code to be in the php file directly following the "echo" statements.

I have searched for "refresh" and "page refresh" and don't find any way of doing this.

If a page refresh is not feasible, is there another way of achieving the same results?

How about redirecting to the same page.

    Thanks.

I haven't figured out how to do a redirect to the page other than in the header. I want to refresh the page long after it has loaded.

It is probably obvious from my remarks I am far from a seasoned php programmer.

PHP cannot control the page after it hits the browser.

You'd want JS or HTML to redirect after a certain time period.
