Have design but need tool advice

I'm going to make a web site with the following characteristics.
Customers get a username and password to access the site.
    The site contains:
Clickable pictures (just the whole picture has to be clickable, not individual parts). Video clips. Radio butons, text boxes, some clickable audio files. Access to a mysql database to hold customer details. Some string comparison. Some variables used as counters. Some date comparison. Interface to a merchant provider like paypal to accept credit card payments.
    My experience is:
I've written some basic HTML and PHP and used mysql with php.
I've programmed in perl, java,c and visual basic.
I'm wondering if anyone can recommend the easiest tools to use for this project. (eg flash, php, anything else,a mix of some things). I'm eager to make my life as easy as possible whilst also producing a professional-looking website.
    Any advice very gratefully recieved.
    Thanks.
    Marcus.

Well there is Dreamweaver if you want a GUI to help you place some of that stuff on a page. Beware of extraneous code.

If you don't need the WYSIWYG you can use the IDE you are used to, or try the free PSPad and TopStyle, the Lite Version for html/css.

Yes dreamwear is the best for arranginging the things in HTNL code as far as PHP code is concered you can easiliy find any login script written in PHP

Just try to search by the keyword " login script written in PHP" in google and you get 10s of links for it...
Adjust them into your design and complete it....

Is there a difference between Adobe Dreamweaver and Macromedia Dreamweaver ? If so, which one do you recommend ?

    Thanks.

adobe bought macromedia, so any version labelled adobe is a more recent version, that's all.

I use Topstyle which is pretty good for coding, but isn't WYSIWYG, although it does have a live preview. There's also a program called Nvu that I'd tried in the past but not sure if it's still any good.
