WP e-Commerce

I'm trying to arrange a meeting with the developer of the WP e-Commerce plugin in Wellington (New Zealand), so if any of you have any constructive complaints/suggestions for the product then let me know and I'll pass them on.

I haven't actually used the plugin myself yet, but probably will in the future as it looks quite handy. Fairly straightforward and easy to use.

Looks nice. A bridge for other software I have used has always been a pain in the a**.

I had an interesting meeting today.

Dan Milward (from instinct.co.nz) showed me their latest product which is a hosted version of their e-commerce plugin integrated with WordPress Mu ... http://getshopped.com/

Basically it is the e-commerce equivalent of WordPress.com. And it is free

I haven't tried it (probably never will) but it looks pretty slick and could be a really good option for those interested in launching their own online store but don't want to deal with the hassle of setting up your own website the old fashioned way.
