Monthly Photography Challenge: Visions of Autumn and Winter
Whether the leaves are yellowed and falling or the first frosts have started, in this new Monthly Photography Challenge we're going to be looking at the world through a lens focused on the seasonal change.
I want to see some spectacular pics, and I'm sure you'll probably have some you've already snapped, and perhaps you'll even want to take some more!
(Apologies to those living in the southern hemisphere, I doubt you're experiencing Autumn/Winter at the present- but do feel free to add your pics from previous occasions)

Apart from the fact that it is late spring at the moment the leaves don't turn yellow or anything here even when it is Autumn.

I love fall foliage photos. Here are five of the hundreds I have ..
Ok. It looks like I need to earn my stripes first before I can post some photos. Sorry.

Some beautiful images!
I can commiserate with Datura. Although yesterday I spotted a lone tree, within a grove of others, that had some orange-ish leaves on it. A distant reminder of when I lived way up near The Mason/Dixon line.Don't be yourself. Be someone a little nicer. -Mignon McLaughlin, journalist and author (1913-1983)

Nice pictures.. We don't have Autumn where I live. We have a second Spring where all the plants come out of dormancy for a few short weeks after the intense heat of the summer. They usually don't go dormant again until the first frost in the middle of December to early January.
