Validation problem

    http://www.environmentalweedsactionn....au/index.html

Using a nested navigation menu - looks and works as intended but one particular section does not validate. This is the first section: Home(index.html) and the following 3 pages. I don't understand this as all of the nav was copied and pasted with adjustments made for "current" pages. Also there seems to be an issue with the
and
(#container) on these pages only.

I have been staring at this for hours and cannot see where the error lies.
Can anyone spot something I have missed?

    Thanks

You are starting a ul without closing the previous ul or including in in an li
    HTML Code:

WEED SPECIES

Watsonia

Methods of Control

    Sorry, Mittineague - I don't understand which
has to be closed. "Weed Species" and below is OK. It is the section above that (first section in nav) where the problem lies.

Are you saying that in the section you have quoted I should have closed <ul class="subnavlist" before opening
?

    Thanks

You know better than I how the link lists should be nested, but going by a valid page, the previous should be
    HTML Code:

WEED SPECIES

Watsonia

Methods of Control

without the closing li after the Watsonia link.
