    Add
    PHP Code:
    $tm time()+($day*24*60*60);
    then
    PHP Code:
    if ($tm <= time())
    {
    //send email

    Hi,

    I've already built the app so it sends an email to the selected user(s), I just need know whether there is any way it can automatically go into your outlook calendar as an appointment, can this be done dynamically?

    I guess you could get the users to subscribe to the calendar (Google Calendar style) and use PHP to output an XML feed for consumption by Outlook.

    I believe Outlook uses custom email headers for this. Send yourself an appointment request and check the email's headers.
