pop-up , just once please !!

I want a window to pop-up when my page loads using Javascript. I only want it to pop-up once however, using cookies. I really don't know Javascript or how to use cookies, and i was wondering if anyone could have a go at writing the code for me.

Hi,

If I remember right, the script you want is somewhere on this site. Or at least the original site. It's used for the newsletter; you might search the paper's archives, or perhaps email the moderator/administrator
