I don't think people should have other peoples values forced upon them, no. However I don't consider punishments that involve community work to be voluntary so I'm not counting punitive 'volunteering' in my answer.

A difficult question which is open to a great deal of subjectivity. If you look at value in terms of net gains for society then no the 'value' is not the same. It is however, human nature to protect all life and if there were two children, one healthy and one mentally disabled I think I would place equal value on both lives.

There are also degrees of mental disability and degrees of social acceptance. If it came down to a Darwinian approach to life due to a lack of resources then I have no doubt that social opinion on the value of a disabled life would be different to when times are good and resources plentiful.

3. After Earth, which would you say is the most beautiful of the planets in Solar System ?

Depends on the child. It seems to work on some, but not work on others. But the threat of hitting works.

All that aside, it's more important, I think, to teach the child why it was wrong to do whatever it was. And not just hit him because you're frustrated.

I dont really watch X Factor, I sometimes watch the pre boot camp, but only because they are funny and eye opening.

Man, I can only dream of that with my income and the prices of houses + apartments here.

I pay the rent for my mom and me. The place is alright... not fantastic but nothing to complain about.

Smaller house with moderate grounds. Anything that gets too big becomes difficult + pricey to maintain.
