    Movie not showing on page

    I'm very new to Flash and am having trouble with just getting my movie to appear on the page. I've converted an avi file into an flv file and imported it using media components and then published it so I've ended up with 3 files -
    myfile.fla, myfile.flv and myfile.swf, plus in this case MojaveExternalAll.swf which is the skin for the controls.
    The movie appears ok with the automatically generated html file that Flash makes but when I use the code in the html file on the site there is just a blank area.

    THis is the Flash code I'm using -
    the url for the page is -
    http://www.emiliatelese.com/performa...1/gesture1.php
    Is there something obvious I'm missing here?

    many thanks

    Code:
    <!--url's used in the movie-->
    <!--text used in the movie-->
    <!-- saved from url=(0013)about:internet -->
    <object classid="clsid:d27cdb6e-ae6d-11cf-96b8-444553540000" codebase="http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=8,0,0,0" width="550" height="400" id="gesture_1_white_3" align="middle">
    <param name="allowScriptAccess" value="sameDomain" />
    <param name="movie" value="film/gesture_1_white_3.swf" />
    <param name="quality" value="high" />
    <param name="bgcolor" value="#FFFFFF" />
    <param name="PLAY" value="false">
    <embed src="film/gesture_1_white_3.swf" width="550" height="400" align="middle" quality="high" name="film/gesture_1_white_3" allowScriptAccess="sameDomain" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer" play="false" />
    </object>

    I didn't realise that file had been created so didn't upload it to the server. I've done that now but it's still the same. I tried an absolute url to the script and put everything in the same directory in case files were'nt being linked to correctly but no joy.
    Is there anything else I might have missed?

    Many thanks for your help
