Mine came about when I was studying "A' Level Biology way back in 1980.
I was very interested in Genetics and how we get our inherited looks etc, I had read about some thing called the "Eve Gene" being highly inquisitive I managed to find a paper on the subject where some geneticists had located a single gene from a woman in Africa that links all of humanity. So I came up with the name Blood of Eve as we all have a bit of her genetics in us. Some people imagine I'm a Goth and other assume it's to do with my Jewish heritage - they are usually really surprised when I explain the reason - Yes I know it's real deep!

No, not dementia, it's always been this way. A chronic case of stupid.
Which is how I felt when I started this HTML and CSS stuff. I now use Stomme Poes for pretty much anything web-wise, though earlier I used names I grew fond of when studying zoology (now they're passwords in various forms) and I had at least one radiological nick when I was taking xrays and doing cat scans. Yesh, they are still taken Axially, so yesh, they are still CAT scans-- I think folks just didn't want to tell someone's Grandma they she was going to have a PET-CAT scan, so they shortened it to make it look more professional.
Next thing you know they'll be calling it a PT scan. Bleh.

Well Datura and Bittersweet were already taken and I forgot to check for nightshade. Can't remember how Outer Orbit can possibly be related. Impotent Potato didn't seem right somehow.

Not quite metal but A VOI VOI karelian fever by Myllarit is my album of choice at the moment. It's just knocked Kreator's Extreme Aggression and even Skeletal Family off the top.

If I listen to music when programming and I want to concentrate, I listen to classical music, I'm talking moonlight sonata and ave maria.
In school I am taking on alot of extra work, and I use my free time studying. When I really want to concentrate, I stick Ave Maria on repeat on my iPod, and listen to about 2 cycles of it with my eyes closed. I then get on with some work, and (because of the soft tones and repetition) it really helps me to concentrate, especially in a not-so-quiet environment.Jake Arkinstall

Funny, I was listening to some music while reading about CSS, and so now Asrai (a band I'm otherwise not terribly fond of) has a few songs that always, always make me think of CSS. Once, I listened almost exclusively to a new CD by Aterciopelados while reading Fast Food Nation--- now that music always makes me think of food regulations, marketing fat cats and dumpster research, lawlz.
I can't listen to classical music while I code. It makes my mind drift off.

...And even though Christmas isn't voorbij yet, I think I'm going to replace my sig with Tommy's exclamation that he doesn't want to be an autistic cuckoo : ) That line is Lawlz.
