Parsing ChefMoz RDF file

does anyone know what would be the quickest way to get ChefMoz RDF data into a MYSQL database?

I'm currently looking to do the same thing.

I stumbled across this tutorial that utilizes a perl script to parse through and load the data into mysql. The problem is, there is no link to the script.
