I know a little bit about flash and can create some basic header animations and effect but I have a client that wants something pretty difficult or at least for me. So now I need really good Flash ANIMATION programmer. Does anyone know were a good place to find one short of just asking outright in here. (Which I am sure I can not do) has anyone in here had to outsource when the project goes beyond their own skill set?
