    Does HTML differ for different Form Mail scripts?

    I have posted this in the Perl forum but I think this may be more relevant here.

    I am moving a site to another host so need to change the Contact Us form.

    I am used to using fieldsets, legends etc which are styled in the CSS but this host has sent me a rather bare looking example:

    "please use script:

    <form method="POST" action="http://www.webhost4life.com/cgi-bin/ultra/ultra-mail.pl">
    <input type="hidden" name="XX-subject" value="" />
    <input type="hidden" name="XX-send-to-email" value="[I add address here]" />
    <input type="hidden" name="XX-re-direct-to-url" value="[I add thankyou page address here]" />
    <input type="hidden" name="XX-email" value="[I add email address here"] />

    * Your Name
    <BR>
    <input type=text name=XX-name size=40>

    <p>
    * Message

    <BR>
    <input type=text name="Comments" WRAP=physical>
    *
    <input type="submit" value=" Send Mail ">
    </form>"

    I can see nowhere to make the Message area a box with col and row sizes, same with the Address field which I need to add.

    I can't actually check if my old form works as the DNS has not finished migrating yet but the old form had fieldsets, legends, text areas etc. This seems rather bare with lots of <br>'s needed.

    Any advice would be appreciated.

    The only things that you need to keep from that are the values of the action attribute and the names of each input field - you can code the rest of the form however you like since those are the only parts that relate to the server at all in forms.
