Porting mySQL over platforms

OK masters of mySQL read this.

I want to create my entire database for my website on my Win98 PC at home, using mySQL for Win98. Could I then copy it over to my hosts UNIX version ? Is that possible, cos I don't want to create the whole thing and then find out it can't be done.

It would certainly save time (i hate the sluggishness of Telnet sessions).
