How Much should I charge for banner ad for this site?

I am running a website concentrating on Careers & Jobs in India.

Here are my site's statistics.

Alexa Rank: Under 190,000
49,000 Visits (monthly)
43,000 Absolute Uniques (monthly)
80,000 Pageviews (monthly)

How much do you think I should charge monthly for a 150x90 banner ad that would appear on the sidebar above the fold throughout our entire site?

I don't have a site with your demographics so can't comment.
I generally say to charge about double what you would get if you had your best performing ad network (possibly AdSense) run ads in that spot.

I'm an advertiser, and all I can tell you is what I would pay, and why.

Maybe, maybe, 1% of your visitors will click on my ad. 2% would be considered good.

Of those going, maybe, maybe, 2% will buy. And that's a big maybe.

So, with that said, I couldn't see myself paying no more than $75 a month. If that.
