    lately I have been in a sort of a new diet, have been not doing well and some doctors advice that I manage my meals. I do eat more than 5 meals a day but only in small proportions, and lots of them are just organics, fruits, vegetables, that stuff.

    Very good I know you are doing irregular and not a systematic but that is enough for our human bosy. After that's doing your body is must be maintain your criteria. I don't know what are doing please follow some guide and again you try I hope you sucess in this.........

    I wake up about 12:00PM most days, then go to work, snack for breakfast, eat a big lunch snack some more, then wait till about 12:00AM to eat my next big meal which lasts till bed and all I have after it is liquid.

    If I'm drinking water frequently, it cuts down to as little as 1/4 of a piece of toast per day and a moderately sizable dinner.

    I take the complete meal, breakfast, lunch and dinner. But breakfast is the most important for you not to skip, because eating the right breakfast will give you enough energy strength to work the whole day.

    I normally take 5 meals a day... breakfast lunch dinner then two in-between snacks.

    We basically follow the same sked, so breakfast for me means oats and cereals at 1pm. Lunch comes at 6p, dinner at 9p midnight snacks before sleeping *lol*
