Flash mp3 player always on top

I need to create an mp3 player for a website I am developing and I was initially thinking I would create the mp3 player it in Flash and have it launch in an html pop up window.

If I do this, can I keep pop up window on top as I navigate the site?

I am thinking if the mp3 player pops up in a window, then I click on the site to navigate, the site will then move in front of the pop up mp3 window. Perhaps there is a way to force the mp3 window to always be on top?

Well, if you use AJAX, you won't need a popup.
    Take a look at overtime.be.

Unfortunately I don't know AJAX and its a very large website that I have nearly finished so may not be an option.

    Cheers anyway.

You can use frames in your HTML design and just change a frame instead of going to another html page.

Frames? Wow I thought frames were a huge no no?!! Not great for usability/accessibility I thought. Certainly not great for bookmarking as far as I am aware.
