Dilecto, Gossip City and the Smashing Themes are my favs.

i like revolution themes.. but it comes for a cost.. and for a free wp theme I personally like HAMASAKI theme..

noupe.com has some pretty good lists of graphics and themes as well.. wordpressthemesmarket.com has a nice purple theme..
