flash standalone player

Hi all,
where can i download the flash 9 player so that I can view swfs from my desktop and not through a browser? Ive downloaded the flash 9 player so i can view swfs via a browser, but cant find the standalone player. i want to download it at work and take it home (i dont have CS3 on home computer).

yes, ive tried that link. it just downlaods the player to view flash movies within a browser. surely there must be a way for me to open an swf form the desktop without me having to buy flash CS3?

you can use Irfan view (freeware) with the flash.dll plugin which you can download from the same website (you can download the plugin pack , i think all the plugins are in there)

AFAIK You can't download that flash player, it comes with the installation of Flash.
